Hm, do you mean comfort or sport? I think there's a difference between the absorber from comfort and sport suspension. The comfort are probably clearly more comfortable than the sport ones.

So maybe it's better changing the sport  absorber against ones for the comfort suspension from e.g. Sachs. Or are rebound absorber better for 40 mm springs?

Do you have 225/35R19 or 235/35R19?
What suspension is installed at the moment? Still the TA Technix coilover? Cause I saw pictures of pneumatic suspension.

I don't know if I should install the Eibach 40/30 cause I have the original sport shock absorber and I couldn't say that it's comfortable now. I'm afraid that it's a little bit more hard than now with the 40/30 kit.

I've think about since one year. Often I said "yes, I will do it 100%", then I think "no better not".
With the Eibach 40/30 and original plates my Exeo should come 5 mm lower than now, thats why I'm not sure to do that. And when I think now I'm touching speed bumps and then 5 mm lower with the Eibach springs
The second thing is that I think about the snow. We don't often have snow cause I don't live in Austrian alps but when then it could be amount.

Which kind of 19" do you have? 225 or 235 tires? 235 are a little bit higher and you win 5 mm of chassis clearance.
I only have 225/40R18.

What size are your tires? 225/35R19 or 235/35R19?
And what springs do you exactly installed? The Eibach Pro-Kit 30/30?

I have the original sport suspension with spring plates from A4 B5, so that the front axle is a little bit lower than the rear. The lowering so is 35/20 in comparison with the standard suspension but unfortunately looks still a little high.
But it would look better when the rear is a little lower too. So I think about reinstall die original spring plates and install Eibach 40/30 springs. The problem is sometimes I hear scratching the base plate of my Exeo at speed bumps in car parks
